Academic event organized by the Autonomous Regional University of Los Andes (UNIANDES), Ecuador, in cooperation with the Latin American Association of Neutrosophic Sciences (ALCN).
The congress was held from April 24 to 28, 2023, in an effort to promote international exchange, encourage cooperation and promote debate on research as a way to solve problems of the development of society.
