Abstract

A study of the contradiction generated between conception interdisciplinary curriculum of medical career and how teachers disciplinary action was performed. The proposed objective was to develop a model to manage interdisciplinary collective culture in the medical career from next problem .How to develop interdisciplinary culture from the methodological work of the group this year? The material and method was a retrospective, transversal and developmental study contrasting participant observation through a guide with an unstructured interview teacher and randomly selected managers, the results achieved were used to refine the targets of output each year medical career and transverse axes of the same from a model to achieve interdisciplinarity.
