Abstract

The universalization of education in health, has responded to the training of human resources and contributed to the culture of life for members of the community, as evidenced by the retrospective study carried out in order to publicize the achievements reached in El Salvador in the period 2003-2009 from the start of globalization. Variables were analyzed: professor, s staff, and entrance, profiles of technology, labor, and distribution of professional services. Information is obtained from the University of Medical Sciences and Technology. There is an increase in the enrollment at 93.5%, It is evident with the onset of globalization. Nursing career occupies more areas of registration and all health professionals has formed from the process of universalization.
