Dor crônica do maxilar. Apresentação de um caso

Apresentou-se o caso de uma paciente de 31 anos de idade atendida no Departamento de Patologia bucal da Universidade de San Gregorio de Portoviejo, Equador, com história de dor a mais de dois anos de duração no maxilar direito depois de uma extração dentaria. Abordaram-se aspectos da semiotecnia diagnóstica e o tratamento. Realizou-se uma revisão atualizada da literatura científica sobre o tema.
