Abstract

An analytical study is carried out at the Medical Sciences Filial of Guantánamo, Department of Optometry and Optics, with the objective of elaborating an ideological political work strategy that allows the most efficient way of carrying out the educational work aimed at strengthening values in a way that Training of health professionals of excellence can be achieved. The study universe consists of 30 students of the race, taking a sample of 15 of them. Deficiencies that affect professional values are identified. A system of actions is carried out, as well as achievements in the career starting from the role of teachers as a fundamental cell for the development of educational work. Ideological political work is conceptualized as a system of formative influences that modulate the understanding of reality from the consciousness and activity of the social subject, according to a conception of the world.
