Nutrition in situations of contingencies. An approximation

Abstract

This paper intends an approximation to the feeding process in situations of disasters that can occur in the national territory or in a part of it, motivated by the lack of knowledge in the students and teachers of the center as an element that contributes to the formation Of Defense Preparation in possible exceptional situations. Although a descriptive study was carried out in the postgraduate activities and activities of the Department of the Medical Sciences Branch, using investigative methods of the theoretical level, in the course of 2012-2013, it is intended to enhance the defensive capacity of the Human capital and the territory of Guantanamo. Due to the importance and updating of the topic, its articulation with practice is considered relevant.
