Abstract

The discussion of a health problem is essential for the acquisition and consolidation of knowledge, habits and skills to provide solutions to the situations presented with a comprehensive approach based on the detection of possible causal factors and, above all, participation in each one of them as well as the appearance of the problem and the appropriate ways to resolve it. the methodology of the discussion of a health problem, is presented in order to characterize each of its stages: planning, introduction, development and conclusion, so that teachers can develop an appropriate manner to students of a medical career .for the construction of knowledges, through the exercise with real problems and train them in the search for solutions, according to the specific health problem in individual, family, community, and / or the environment, with a clinical, epidemiological and social approach.
