Proposed activities to strengthen the work of the tutor in the career of Health Technologies

Abstract

The work of the tutors in the Medical Sciences Branch is an essential instrument for the improvement in the preparation of teachers, managers and teachers guides who have the commendable task of advising and guiding students of technological careers in the different curricular and extracurricular activities of the Center, so it is necessary to elaborate a proposal of activities that contribute to raise the preparation of the tutors in the meetings of tutoring in the career of Health Technologies. Different methods and research tools for managers, teachers-tutors and students were applied as documentary analysis, surveys, interviews, observation to meetings of tutorials to be able to verify the existing inadequacies with the work related to the tutor. Once the proposal is applied, the students will obtain better results in the social, professional and scientific area.
