Political-ideological work in education at the university. Actions for improvement

Abstract

An investigation is carried out in the action, with the objective of proposing work alternatives that will guarantee the strengthening of the ideological political work in students and professors of the Filial of Medical Sciences of Baracoa during the course 2011 - 2012. The sample is constituted by 102 students and 21 teachers. Theoretical methods are used such as: analysis and synthesis, empirical as observation and consultation of experts, such as: techniques, questionnaire and observation. A diagnosis is made of the state of teachers and students in terms of their political and ideological preparation, as well as the individual improvement, as a starting point for the proposal, determining their actions and orientations as well as the evaluation and control for compliance.
