Insufficiency in the need for learning, a basic tool in postgraduate education

Abstract

This review covers elements of postgraduate education for health professionals in East Timor, taking into account the shortcomings in the need for learning (INA), which is a transcendental tool of lifelong education, which must be applied with a systemic approach and participatory must take into account the context under study. The epidemiological criteria and the health situation are useful, as well as referential elements derived from the analysis of performance deficiencies.
