Abstract

The aim of this article is to argue how the cultural historical approach of Vygotsky guides for the development of clinical skills to apply comprehensive health care to adults in the general practitioner in initial formation. Bibliographic inquiries concerning the subject are made, and the documents governing this process in a career in medicine are reviewed. This approach provides guidance for the development of this skill, because it allows consideration of the general practitioner in initial training as productive and transforming subject, developed through processes that taxed the approach to the reality of medical practice through joint activity and communicative and collaborative interaction in diverse contexts-performance training. This approach allows us to understand the apprehension of the above skill allows the GP future professionals to solve problems that will face after graduation.
