Abstract

In the Faculty of Medicine Guantanamo, during January to July of 2016, relating related with the fetal inflammatory response syndrome and their influence are systematized in the perinatal and neonatal health, with the purpose of offering general doctors the theoretical bases that sustain their preparation for the diagnosis and treatment of this entity. The value is connoted that have the determination of mediators of the inflammation in the fetal plasm for the diagnosis of the syndrome and in the amniotic liquid, as well as the maternal antecedent of infection intra amniotic with or without ovular membranes broken. It is recognized the necessity of the antibiotics use, the opportune extraction of the fetus, and the integral attention to the newborn, to reduce the neonatal complications.
