Abstract

This work illustrates the ideas of several authors about the importance of the design of a program as a curricular unit and the level of systematicity of the objectives in the educational process. The emphasis is placed on the system of objectives that a program must contain; the particular objectives of a program are characterized. A fragment of a new program design with its derived objectives system is presented, and examples are given of how through this derivation of objectives the educational-educational process is perfected. This research was carried out during the 2015-2016 academic year at the University Of Medical Sciences Of Guantánamo, based on research experiences that have taken place in this center and find the guiding role of the objectives in the educational-educational process.
