Abstract

Stress happened to be one of the most important risk factors in the most common diseases at the end of last century, both heart conditions such as hypertension, cancer, diabetes mellitus, metabolic and hormonal alterations. Physical agents are presented in the therapeutic anti-stress to take into account its enormous advantages and known that natural elements such as: water, light, are beneficial when applied and considering that these act by one or more types of energy that brings the body, influencing on biological processes, however, these are not well known and exploited by the staff working in primary health care to believe that diseases are absolute indications for orthopedic and traumatology, which is why they inform, locate in time, and orient the purpose.
