Abstract

This work is part of research conducted at the University of Medical Sciences Guantanamo during courses (2013-2015), aimed to make a copy of design Syllabus preparation for defense II, which contributes to the improvement of teaching process - education in the 4th year of the medical career at the University of Medical Sciences Guantanamo, based on shortcomings in the design presented for consideration by the authors program preparation for defense II ,study Plan C, as non-obviousness in the design of the particular objectives for each subject with problems solving and object of study declared by subject, thus the educational, process is difficult to not be clear about the fundamental purpose where to direct the process . Some theoretical elements are shown that underpins the design, so that readers appreciate as one of the key shortcomings is no evidence of the specific objectives for each issue is resolved. Thus it was shown as a design program with a set of problems, declared under study, system of general and specific objectives for each topic.
