Methodology for evaluating competence in drug development taking into account labor scenarios

Abstract

The formation of skills is an option to further strengthen relations school -care unit and to obtain the results expected in the professional performance. The work presented aims at evaluating competence drug development in the career's degree Health Technology in Pharmaceutical Services. The sample used was 14 teachers and 69 students in 2011-2012, 2012-2013 and 2013-2014. It carried out a study on the elements that characterize and distinguish this competition; actions were needed to implement the methodology in the Medical Sciences Filial Guantanamo. It had an evaluative moment by professionals who carry out training in this career to obtain favorable results in acceptance of the methodology and its application in labor scenarios.
