Abstract

A study is done  in 41 patients with diabetic foot level  II and III of Wagner's classification in the application of Heberprot ® P during the consultation at the policlínic "Omar Ranedo Pubillones " from January to  September 2012.Different  variables were studied: age, sex, type of diabetes, years of evolution, location, and etiology and adverse drug reactions implementing the administration of the product by injection in and around the lesion three times per week until a complete granulation that was achieved maximum of 8 weeks of treatment. The diabetes mellitus type 2 presented by patients.  Female sex was presented with more than 60 years, associated with years of evolution and late complications of diabetes.  Injuries in right limbs and back of the foot, followed by knuckles neuroinfectious diabetic foot were analyzed in this research.
