Theoretical proposal on educational work strategy for Guantanamo Medical Sciences careers

Abstract

A descriptive research was carried out during the course of 2014-2015, with the purpose of socializing a theoretical proposal of educational work strategy as a complement to what already exists, enhancing the integral formation of students in Guantanamo Medical Sciences, based on The Martian conception of the utility of virtue. Methods of data collection and facts were used, descriptions, reviews and empirical generalizations were formulated. the foundations for deepening and deepening the ideas of our apostle in the educational process, fundamentally strengthening values such as humanity, honesty and justice established in the Director Program for Education in the System of Values of the Cuban Revolution, taking into account that One of the functions of health professionals to graduate is education in the different social settings such as rural communities, work centers, educational and recreational at national and international level.
