The authors' full names, institutional affiliations, and the email address of the author responsible for processing the article (research leader) will only be used to acknowledge the authorship of the article to be published and to acknowledge the authors' property rights in this journal.

The authors' email addresses and their content during the editorial process will only be used by the member of the editorial team assigned to submit the submission and for purposes related to the review, editing, and publication of the article.

Personal data will be retained by the Universidad de Ciencias Médicas de Guantánamo after the publication of the submitted proposal, primarily for statistical purposes and bibliometric studies.

The site does not request or collect any other information from users. The personal data provided can be updated and modified by users at any time by accessing their personal profile.

Likewise, if you believe your right to personal data protection has been violated, you may file a complaint with the Universidad de Ciencias Médicas de Guantánamo Research Ethics Committee.
