Abstract

A bibliographical review is done in order to go deeper on knowledge of biosecurity measures that must be carried out by staff working in the service of hemodialysis at General Teaching Hospital "Dr. Agostinho Neto¨2013. Updated bibliographies were used on the subject finding the main measures must be executed in a service of high biological risk to prevent disease for people who work patients and the community. Concluding that, there is an average to be infected with contaminated needles, blood or other body fluids with Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), hepatitis B virus (HBV), hepatitis C virus (HVC).
