Abstract

A case of a female patient, 47 years of age, of rural occupation, with a previous history of catarrhal cases due to dry cough, moderate dyspnea, fever and nocturnal sweating of weeks of evolution. Entered in October 2010 presenting on chest radiograph diffuse inflammatory infiltrates to lower bilateral midfields ,multiple antibiotics from the beginning of his picture without getting improvement was given . Symptoms progress, asthenia, anorexia and weight loss are added, stating that in the school where he worked, there were bats. It is consulted with the pulmonologist and is oriented therapeutically with antituberostatulars, evolutionary chest X-ray, migration of the right parahileal infiltrate and eosinophilia. Fiberoptic bronchoscopy is performed with bronchial lavage, 50% eosinophilia is presented, and tubertulostatic suspension is improved in the patient with corticoids and immunotherapy.
