Challenges of the young revolutionary leader at the current Cuban University

Abstract

An analytical study is carried out in the department of psychology of the University of Medical Sciences of Guantanamo, starting from the dialogue established by Raúl Castro Ruz, about the defense of the country, the threats on the environment, the population's lack of knowledge and the challenges Of the revolutionary leader, with the young people who participated in the Fifth Plenum of the National Committee of the Union of Young Communists, in the National School of Pictures of this organization, carried out in February 2007, with the aim of analyzing the little behavior Demanding of the young university students of the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Guantanamo in the school year 2012 - 2013. These themes were treated for the young leadership of the country, when analyzed with a pedagogical approach; to consider also the university professor a leader of processes that "directs the intention and the operations to a determined end".
