Abstract

A quantitative investigation of the tebenque in the General Teaching Hospital during the period 1996-2000 and 2005-2010 is carried out with the objective of evaluating the concentration of the fluid extract of the tebenque in all the systems. The universe of study is 8 mice, 4 females and 4 males. Its anti-inflammatory effect and adverse reactions are verified and studied in the mice. It is presented a method for the isotopic radio labeling of a drug of alternative use. It is shown and completely probable, in turn, its pharmacokinetics is required. It is observed by stereochemical and imaging studies, providing the same concentrations by different routes (oral and intramuscular) and the presence in said label of a high activity in joints and muscles at intervals of time from 1 hour to 4 hours of supplying said drug, Being below 20% in the rest of the organs and in the kidneys the excretion between 60 and 70% of the total volume supplied.
