Abstract

Kindergarten kid, 2 years old YGM, white, from rural area, San Antonio del Sur, in his first year old in 2010 was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis (CF) during the infant stage, he presented acute respiratory infection (ARI) and recurrent digestive manifestations prevail esteatorreicas stool. The child received several admissions, leading to compromise nutritional status. A multidisciplinary study was performed for the diagnosed disease. This condition is incurable so far, the most lethal genetic diseases in white children.
