Abstract

A study is done in the period of January – April, 2010 with the objective to determine the psychosocial risk factors present in high officials of the Provincial Popular Power, Guantanamo with arterial hypertension. A simple random sampling is done, the sample was constituted by 5 officials who gave its consents and disposition to take part in this investigation in the studied sample there were evident as risk factors such as: the personality, the therapeutic adhesion, the life styles and stress; and the social support was evident like protective factor.
