Abstract

Hairy cell leukemia is a rare neoplasm of origin B. It generally responds well to treatment. Causes damage to bone marrow, spleen and liver. Most mutations are unknown, although ERK activity is over expressed. neoplastic cells produce and receive the action of numerous cytokines, adhesion proteins and others. A bibliographic review is carried out where aspects such as: etiology, adhesion and settlement are analyzed.
