Abstract

The guarantee of the quality of the products and services provided in Cuban medical health is a premise to achieve excellence and satisfaction of the population, so a systematic set of actions is necessary to achieve this goal. Quality management is a new addition to the curriculum for the training of graduates in Health Technology, with the objective of guaranteeing the policy of quality and excellence in all areas of care.
