The case of a 43-year-old male patient, from a rural area is presented who had poor bilateral vision and deafness. The patient was diagnosed with Vogt Koyanagi Harada syndrome. Cataract surgery is performed with an intraocular lens implant in a posterior chamber in the right eye. The results of the ophthalmologic and general clinical examination were analyzed in addition to the laboratory studies. Our results are compared with those reported by other authors of the national and international medical literatureDownloads
