Abstract

A case of a 64-year-old female patient is presented in which Sjögren's secondary syndrome is diagnosed. The results of the ophthalmological and general clinical examinations are analyzed, as well as the laboratory, immunological and histological studies. Our findings are compared with those recorded in the medical literature in this regard.
