Multiple hereditary exostoses. Presentation of a case

A patient with several tumors is presented in long bones of upper and lower limbs, accompanied by pain and range of limited movements in some joints, as well as limp during gait due to discrepancy of lower limbs, which is performed in addition to physical examination, several radiological studies to diagnose the lesion, since it could not be possible anatomopathologically due to the patient's refusal. They are presented: treatment, and results, as well as the annex of radiographic images that allow better knowledge, diagnosis and management of the entity.Downloads
