Behavior of severe burned children with multidisciplinary management

Abstract

The behavior of 8 patients with burns classified as severe, very serious, critics and extreme critics admitted to the Intensive Care room of the Provincial Pediatric Hospital "Pedro A Pérez" of Guantanamo province are analyzed, being managed multidisciplinarily with the Surgery service plastic and caumatology of the General Teaching Hospital Dr. "Agostinho Neto. The ages most frequent are 5 to 10 years, the most common life expectancy is critical, the most frequent consequences are hypovolemic and septic shock. It is observed that all the patients left alive.
