With the purpose of combining literature regarding the anesthetic morbidity of the geriatric patient in videolaparoscopic surgery, this revision of small scope is presented. Considering it is very useful and important since it allows a starting point to continue the improvement of the norms of attention that contribute elements and serve of experience in the geriatric patients.
