A case study is carried out in which a surgical procedure is performed on a 7-year-old patient with an apparent health history and having suffered an unspecified traumatic injury of the right elbow two months prior to diagnosis, leading to a decrease in the acute flexion of the elbow, after physical examination and radiographic studies, is up to the diagnosis of isolated anterior dislocation of the right radial head, due to its rare frequency is the reason for exposure in this study, explaining the type of intervention carried out as well as its final result.Downloads
