Abstract

A case study was carried out in which a 13-year-old male patient, with an apparent health history, presented a fracture of the radius and elbow, which underwent surgery for minimal invasive radiography using a closed endomedullary interlocking technique. Advantages of the method as well as its realization are shown. It is proposed with this material to recommend such treatment in unstable fractures of the forearm in children for its simplicity and few complications.
