Abstract

Some theoretical considerations is done about professional overcoming of Technologists of the Health in Medical Sciences Filial ,Guantanamo "Dr. Jose Rafael Garcia Moreaux "as well as the weaknesses in the process and possible solutions through the search for the real needs of professional overcoming them to raise their competence and performance.
