Hygiene and epidemiology: a technology that focuses on environmental protection

Abstract

The environment, protection, care and maintenance is one of the main tasks to which the Cuban state provides a marked interest in order to preserve the survival of the human species, traditions and culture of the peoples. To achieve this plays a decisive role in environmental education, and therefore the knowledge that children, youth and the general population have obtained; thereby students that are formed in the specialty of Hygiene and Epidemiology of the University of the Medical Sciences, to them as health professionals must control demonstrating that affect the environment by the repercussion that has the deterioration in the human health.
