Abstract

The digital identity of magazines has become a differential value that allows them to improve their reputation through visibility. The power of the visibility of scientific journals, represented to a large extent by alternative and traditional metrics, allows us to recognize the impacts generated by the research results (articles) that are published there. An approach to the definition of digital identity and some tools that enable its construction, dissemination and positioning on the Web are presented.
