Ethical aspects and bioethical -medical taking into account doctor-patient relationship

Abstract

Some important considerations to be taken into account by the Basic Health Team and other professionals in primary health care and follow-up care in the community of elderly patients from the standpoint of bioethic and medical ethic. A bibliographical review was done, about up to date literatures. Medical sciences, enriched by long social sciences, have touted that doctors do not treat diseases but treat people with diseases such declarative position has not always turned in daily practice.
