Abstract

A descriptive and analytical study is done on workers in the Provincial Center of Medical Information at Guantanamo, in order to identify the desired and shared ethical values and ensure the preparation of the Code of Ethics. Techniques Were Applied such as: brainstorming in 3 phases, neutral and creative expansion, logic contraction and focus group.It is Chosen a facilitator, a recorder and a timer.Implicit values are grouped by their meaning.for the level of importance cherished values in each document were categorized into A, B and C, and the priority level I, II and III. Conclusions and recommendations are emitted.
