Necessity of the mightpowerfull of the base links in the University of Medical Sciences of Guantánamo

Abstract

Partial results of the Institutional Investigative Project are presented for the evaluation of the impact of the methodology for the development of the intellectual capital in the services of health, at the University of Medical Sciences of Guantánamo starting from the year 2016. The procedures continued in the investigation and allowed the necessity of the effective operation of the base links like essential process to achieve institutional success. The bibliographical investigation specified its definition and with other investigation methods the state could be characterized that settling down the problem in how to contribute to the improvement of its mightpowerfull. From this primary information, they intend actions to conquer the challenges that it confronts the mightpowerfull of the base link in the Medical University and their institutional invigoration according to the necessities and growing demands of the sustainable development in the county.
