Some considerations about teenage pregnancy

Abstract

A bibliographic review was carried out with the objective of deepening some aspects related to adolescent pregnancy, its behavior at national and international level, social conditions that determine it and its repercussion on maternal, child morbidity and mortality. The information obtained from the bibliography was reflected through the descriptive method. This work will contribute to encourage health professionals to carry out promotion and prevention actions with the conscientious involvement of the family, the school and the community, in addressing issues of sex education and prevention of pregnancies at these ages.
