Abstract

It is proposed to determine the characteristics of the core-existence relationship in man and the person during there production, given the assisted reproduction technologies. In this sense, it is founded that man acquires the status of a person before birth, in a process that begins at the stage before the person and continues with the formation of the person after. Also, it is argued, first, that the person before the person exists as a unique, unrepeatable and non-transferable individual with an essence of biological, to which you must respect its independence, autonomy and ownership of another; and, second, that is the premise of the existence of man as a person who has an essence of sociocultural and biological nature. To achieve the objective, the method of dialectical and historical materialism applies, in particular, the categories of essence and existence.
