Abstract

A study was conducted to show the behavior of male breast conditions inGuantanamoprovince, in the period of January 2013 to December 2013. The universe was composed of 37 patients seen in consultation. Variables were analyzed: Age, reason for consultation and action to take. The most affected age group was 60 and followed by 40-49. The most frequent pathologies were gynecomastia, benign nodules and breast cancer. The most common behavior was taken clinical follow-up every 6 months followed by excision of nodules in lower case and the radical mastectomy with axillary clearance.
