Stevens-Johnson syndrome. Presentation of a case with severe drug reaction

Stevens-Johnson syndrome is a severe blistering disease, which can cause death if not treated promptly. The case of 3-year-old male patient is presented and treated with multiple lesions on the skin, mucous membranes taking the general condition up to severity. A multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment was performed, with a satisfactory evolution to the discharge.
