Abstract

A case of a patient with anomalous origin in the pulmonary artery of the left coronary artery was presented, who has remained asymptomatic up to 49 years of age old. Antiarrhythmic treatments, long-term follow-up with clinical assessment, electrocardiographyand interventional treatment were required. An antiarrhythmic therapy was necessary because of the high possibility of sudden death that they suffered.
