A review of bibliographies was performed and was done a selection of issues related to food and nutrition in HIV, that would design an educational material that serves as a tool for professionals and promoters sector, action to take with people and this disease, to serve as a material in the courses learning to live with HIV and nutritional counseling. In addition, that infected people could use it to increase their knowledges on the subject and improve their quality of life.
