We describe the case of a 15-year-old male adolescent who develops a mandibular cyst of considerable magnitude, associated with traumas received in the mandible during infancy. Diagnostic systematics (interrogation, clinical examination, imaging and anatomical studies), surgical intervention; Periodic check-ups with satisfactory evolution after three years of being treated.
