Abstract

The cysts that develop in the jaw and jaw have as their main distinguishing feature their identification at the level of etiopathogenesis, since structurally, these lesions have more common elements than differentials. Among these entities are bone traumatic cysts, which are called by the literature with a variety of synonyms and etiopathogenesis still discussed. We describe the case of a 15-year-old male adolescent who develops a mandibular cyst of considerable magnitude, associated with traumas received in the mandible during infancy. Diagnostic systematics (interrogation, clinical examination, imaging and anatomical studies), surgical intervention; Periodic check-ups with satisfactory evolution after three years of being treated.
