Abstract

A literature review was conducted with the aim of deepening about the risks to people who stay long time at a computer. Paper and electronic documents were analyzed by selecting the appropriate topic for review, analysis-synthesis of information obtained from the various sources of information that was processed as well as databases and resources of Infomed to develop the proposal that describes risks, useful tips and exercises to reduce disorders caused by the inappropriate use of the computer for a healthy life.
