Abstract

This investigation addresses the postgraduate training of professional of Medical Sciences careers, specifically the degree in Health Rehabilitation from professional development, in response to social demands of providing excellence in the services. It is concluded that the professional development of technologists Health Rehabilitation must be in line with the major health problems of the territory and the needs of learning, which guarantees care activity ,higher quality to the population, being a means of education allowing permanent for them through a set of training processes the acquisition, expansion and continuous improvement of basic and specialized knowledge and skills required for better performance of their responsibilities and job functions, as well as for their development.
