Community intervention on sexuality in Venezuelan adolescents

Abstract

An aspect of singular interest in adolescents has been the role of Sexual Education in relation to the prevention or incitement of early sexual initiation and the problems derived from this behavior. To diagnose the knowledge about sexuality in the adolescents cared for in the medical office of Carorita located in the center of Diagnosis Tamaca. Lara state. Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, during the period February 2012-2013. A community intervention was performed. The universe was constituted by 108 adolescents, who in turn constituted the sample.
